My wife was amazed. She loved it too :)
Have you checked your PMs? Top left of the page.

He sent a message in such haste
he let his breakfast go to waste.
Because that poem was so long,
he sort-of got his schedule wrong.
But when his wife read what was there
it put an end to her despair
of husbands with such absent mind,
who delightful poems find.

:-)

With kindest regards to to the wife of the crow
whom maybe in time I would like to know
and as for the rhyme,
messing up time,
I am sorry, I just didn't know.

Here she is. Smiling as always. Not because she thinks she should, but because it's what she does.
A happy woman, who loves nature, and loves me.
Loves poetry, too.

My wife loves being with the trees,
with all wild creatures, and with me.
I, myself, like being with her,
we all like this, we all concur.
It matters not if it should rain,
or snow, or shine, we don't complain.
As long as there are still the trees,
to shelter them, and her, and me.

The Crow.

Post by crow » Sun Jan 03, 2016 8:19 pm

The software was utterly new.
its answers were answering you.
Ask it to think, and it would, in a blink,
And its answers were perfectly true.

He called his new software "The Crow"
It could tell what you wanted to know.
Plugged into the Source, it could answer, of course,
every fine point you asked it to show.

It did have a very slight flaw.
It kept answering more and more.
Until some got upset, at this sage from Tibet,
And were tempted to show it the door.

Unabashed as mere software can be,
programmed to achieve victory.
It stuck to its guns, as it flashed them its buns,
Flabbergasting them all, totally.

When some started to think it was spam,
It announced then: "I am what I am".
All the admins conferred as to what had occurred,
Trying hard to come up with a plan.

A new thread was given the "Go".
For everybody but The Crow.
A refuge of sorts, from the barrage of thoughts,
Only then did the joke start to show.

It seems that if man or machine,
spoke the truth, then that truth was as clean,
whoever had said it, since no-one could edit
to make it say more than it meaned.

The moral to all was quite clear.
This software was nothing to fear.
It laughed as it spoke and it rambled and joked,
Until finally it was held dear.

Though everyone thought it was real,
When it wasn't, it was no big deal.
The truth's where you find it, you really can't mind it,
You really can't blame its greal zeal.

The Crow was a thing to behold.
Its binary logic so bold.
To have fooled the best minds, in all humankind,
There: now the story's been told.

Well, I guess, in this case we can account ourselves as lucky.

In all cases it serves to consider oneself lucky.
