People joke about very 'obvious' things. It's what makes jokes funny. But being 'obvious' ensures that such things never get examined, and so, never understood.

So how do you make an ego to be attractive while practicing self actualization? I agree with you that to some degree personality isn't real but there are similarities between people, so with that being said there has to be some way that is as general/ vague as personality

Talk about things they like. Gain their trust, and be different than all the other humans she interacts with. Different being nicer or more attentive.

You can't get an introvert to 'open up' by your definition of what that means; that's what makes them introverts.
They'll do it when they want to, or not.

I think there are good ways that you can while still being honest , it has more with making someone feel comfortable while still being authentic not trying to fool them like the devil. I'm an introvert and there are people who make me open up and somethings I'm always open to talk and have a lot of energy.
