I'm not sure if this can ever be explained. MeIHate has likely been off this site for a long while. Alas.

What's sad about it? You're projecting. First two posts were made within one minute of each other, and said nothing. A troll seeking a response. Then he lost interest and moved on.
That may, in a way, be sad, but probably not for the reasons you probably imagine.
I may be wrong, but that's my perspective.

It seems to me like one of those attention seeking posts. You know, like someone will post, "I'm so sad and alone," then when you offer help, they don't want to say anything at all. It is sad, because the people with the good will to help simply cannot.

Helping anybody should only ever be undertaken as a last resort. If you don't understand this, we can discuss.

After being around you for this time, I actually get where you're coming from.

That's good. As is any place I am 'coming from'. Many misinterpret, but it's not just me they misinterpret. In too many cases, their whole lives are one big misinterpretation.
In fact, I'd have to say: life really isn't about interpretation, accurate or inaccurate. It's about living it.

I read somewhere that every time we experience sadness our capacity for joy increases, so technically we have the potential to be the happiest

Then I have a great potential for joy. That's good.

Yes it is , the rest of the quote explains how joy isn't the opposite of sadness: they are much closer together than we think. Strong feelings are a good thing , plus when we go through phases it brings emotional healing , if we suppress them its an open wound. I read this in the book " Pursuit of Perfect"
