So I've been thinking a lot about the good and the evil in our world. I tend to think that good can't dwell without evil. Its sort of a ecological balance. What do you think about the good and evil or do you think that its just the situation which makes people fall into either one of them?

Good gets by just fine without evil. Evil gets by just fine without good.
People choose which orientation they prefer, is all.
Personally, I don't do evil, ever. In my few worst moments, evil still isn't a factor.

I think I've considered doing evil before, but I think it's easier just to not care and be neutral, if not good.

Neutral is good. Unbalanced is evil. Just words we use for reactive vs. non-reactive. Doing / not-doing.
There are infinite degrees of each.

Doing being neutral and not-doing, being unbalanced, or the other way around?

For me to say, or for you to discover?

I think I'll take the path of discovery.

That's the only path worth taking.
