infp and infj personality type

Post by mirazinax » Tue Apr 16, 2013 2:09 pm

What is the difference between infp and infj personality type? I'm so confuse. sometimes I get infp or other times I get infj. thing about it though is that I want people to know about my thoughts and I need a lot of time by myself to recover.

I think there is a spectrum of each letter, and you results may bring you in the middle of the P and J portion, or just to one side or the other. I believe I've had to take the test a few times (from a few different websites) in order to differentiate which one I truly am. Reading the descriptions, especially when you can sort of relate to some of the character types just makes it more confusing, I think.

Personality is maluable too. One day you may be more inclined to judgement and another to perception; especially if you're just on the boundary. I've had the same kind of dichotomy before too, but I tend to lean towards perception because of my unyielding curiosity, love of learning, and practical methods of scientific inquiry. Of course judgement comeso into play often when I have to interpret results or make difficult decisions.

I agree with the issues mentioned in this good thread.
