I would not consider this as unhealthy, but as a "weakness" of such specific type (each MBTI type ha...

When you get lost often when you are visiting same place over and over again. When they are asking you something ten times and then you answer "What, are you talking to me!?" When you go to the kitchen to find a bar of soap. When you are changing/imagining your dream careers very often! When you can...

Re: Any mental disorders INFPs? Social anxiety, depression?

And I do not think that other MBTI types do not suffer from mental disorders - anxiety and depression are rather common disorders in this world (seen as a common cold of mental disorders) and apply to rather large percetnages of the population. I know extroverts who suffer from them.

Re: Any mental disorders INFPs? Social anxiety, depression?

I do suffer from GAD even when I do not have any reason for anxiety since childhood, but sometimes I have plenty of reasons (I think it is partially genetics, but mostly environment - I do not think I ever had a normal life - or what society sees as "normal"). I Do not like how my anxiety makes me f...

Re: Hello

Hello both of you! I am new too, as you I also hope to learn from other INFPs in order to better understand who I am, but also I am interested about similar people's ideas and how we can help each other (INFP are usually 1% of the population at least in my country). Jeni perhaps you will sort what b...

Hi fellow INFPs!

I am thankful that :) I finally found a form where I can share with people with same MBTI type. I am female from North America and enjoy a variety of interests such as music, nature, animals, walks on a beach, classic novels, classical movies, spiritual topics, philosophy, psychology, and helping pe...
