why is this forum still dead?

Since I've heard of its creation, I expected an INFP forum to boom with absolutely no effort, INXPs are the most common dwellers of the interwebz.
So why is this forum dead before its creation? What are the drastic changes that should occur for it start functioning?

I was afraid to increase the size because bigger avatars mean more space taken up and more traffic made and if the forum would grow that would cost money. Well, good children's book are supposed to retain their value -or even grow in value- when read into adulthood, like Lewis Caroll's writings for example.

NTs are of course very unlikely to be religious, while NFs are quite likely to believe in some higher power or adopt spiritual and mystical theories, but I doubt the intuitiveness of anyone that takes the desert god's uninspired religious doctrines at face value.
