Re: A case study :) an INFP guy.

Well, yes, so do I, Pam. but when I actually expect it, I can pull it off, too. :)

(I've added a translation. I think it makes clearer he's an introvert. Like, he needed to go home and watch a movie to balance out his mood. Or the weird imagination. )

Hi, Disintegration.

I'd venture to guess from your field that you're slightly leaning towards T, but I'd love to chat with you a bit more before making a final statement. :)

Anyhow, welcome!

Re: A case study :)

No, that's the point - he's IEI, which is socionic's INFP. ^^

He's just extraverting because he's giving an interview, I suppose.

Re: Which movie did you just see?

I saw the last Harry Potter yesterday.
It was great. Very emotionally intense, though.

Re: Welcome to the Jungle

hey Jungle, welcome to the borads. :) Make yourself at home.

Seems like we have a lot of common interests.

What comics do you like, specifically? :)
(I, personally, have a great fondness for Calvin and Hobbes. Hence the avatar. :) )

Re: ENTJ + INFP

Right, I see what you mean. Judging functions make the difference in opinion. True. But there's more to interaction than just that. I'm not claiming socionics' intertype relationships to be the ultimate truth, either. I guess I simply turned to it because it's sort of my background :). Still, I beli...

Re: ENTJ + INFP

Well, I don't really have that many ENTJ acquaintances, so I looked up what socionics says on the subject... (If you're not familiar with it, there are these tables of intertype relationships which are very interesting. You migh want to check them out.) Here's what is says: Supervision. Asymmetric r...

A case study :) an INFP guy.

I found this link on a Russian socionical website where they do physiognomical typing among other things. (That is, guess someone's type by appearance.) That's their interview with a random INFP guy who studied socionics at their school. Well, yes, it's in Russian, I might come back and translate it...

Re: random fact about yourself

I have a strange obsession with sea food. What kind of obsession? Could you explain more? Like, eating a lot of it throught the day? I guess I mentioned it because just before I thought I'd type a random fact about myself I'd eaten half a kilo of shrimps... And it's well past midnight here... I oft...

A temporary idea for a chat.

Alright, so, I've read in the suggestions sections that quite a few of us would like to have a chatroom. So, I though we could simply use tinychat until we get a proper one. :) I'll repost a link here, so that more people could see it: http://tinychat.com/infp Everyone is welcome. :) If you're not f...
