Re: ADHD

Yeah in Europe they don't have Aderal (I think they do in UK).

I feel the same way about the last part of your post. My mind is just too focused on the theoretical, disregarding the practical. It can be a real problem.

Re: ADHD

hi amb94

not an INFP but I do think I have ADHD. I've found stimulants to be helpful (like nicotine and caffeine). Too bad nobody can prescribe Aderral in my country.

does your ADHD interfere with work, school and organizational skills?

Re: Hello

Oh they used to ban people before too. But this is just a dumb move in my opinion. Intuitive people are supposed to be open to new ideas and people, not close themselves off into a bubble.

Re: Family influence

Well, he's controlling and domineering. In the first years of my life I copied a lot of his behavior, I was more extroverted, grandiose, controlling, and later I figured out it's not cool to be like that, you have to let people breathe and be themselves.

They say that INFPs can come off as cold hearted thinkers to strangers.

Re: Family influence

Well, I used to test as ENTJ when I was younger and influenced by my ESTJ father and then I settled into INTJ I guess. Quite close to INTP since I get like 60% J and 40% P

No, not really xD

I like audiobooks, since my attention span is not that good for reading long books.

Re: Favorite books, reviews, recommend a book

I haven't read Tolstoy but I heard he's good.

Ernest Hemingway once said: "Dostoevsky was made by being sent to Siberia. Writers are forged in injustice as a sword is forged." I think that's why Russia has many good writers, since they have a history of suffering under terrible rulers.

Re: how does the realization of the infp identity changed your life?

I don't really know how INFPs feel but I did have my bout of adolescent troubles, depression and not being able to fit in. I just waited for it to go away, played a lot of video games, avoided my problems, which I do not recommend. Seeing a shrink is a good idea usually. Better earlier than later in...

In America that would be a libertarian and in Europe a classical liberal.
