Re: Describe yourself at your worst

Sounds familiar...avoidant and angry. Reclusive. But then I get freaked out about being reclusive, like I am doing something "bad." As I mentioned in a previous post, my mother didn't like my reclusivity and said mean things, she was very anxious about me not being extroverted like the sons of her ...

He was a great as a human being and an artist. Deeply misunderstood and born before his time. I just recently watched "Lust for Life" with Kirk Douglas portraying him on TCM. Amazing movie!!!

Re: Are humans naturally selfish?

I think that they are from what I witnessed, some in very small and some in very annoying amounts. Nobody is free from this (id we all have it, but not all of us allow it to rule our lives), it does have connection with our survival instinct. However, some are capable of giving their lives for their...

Re: Telepathy , telepathy is possible???

I did not do any research on this. I think it is possible in a very few individuals. I do not know whether does have anything to do with an ability that used to exists, but that many humans lost during their short history on this planet due to ability to develop speech, and I wonder is there any con...

Re: What do you fall in love with?

Personality, intellect, understanding, common interests, a shoulder to cry on, sensitivity to one's needs and emotions, understanding of one's personal space and uniqueness, care, knowing who I am as a person (understanding who I am, not what they want me to be), then, physical attractiveness. Someh...

Re: If you could change type

I would not changed it beacuse INFPs are genuine, caring, and awesome individuals -antithesis to the world we live in. However, I would like to go back in time (when I was 15) and use the knowledge and experiences (both positive and negative) to cope with my INFPness in this brutal world.

Re: Would you kill a puppy for a million bucks?

No, definitely not. Puppies are intelligent, defenseless, and nurturing creatures. I would not ever rationalize killing an innocent puppy. There are no "ifs" for this question (how could you help a family or a friend by killing a puppy - nobody would offer this kind of money or any money to kill a p...

Re: Unhealthy INFP?

morningsea, immediately your post prompted a question...do you think that being INFP has some correlation with trauma? I swear I get people making remarks all the time about how easy it is for them to pick on me or some similar comment. I know that it just may be me, being all avoidant of conflict ...

Re: How has MBTI and Enneagram helped you?

MBTI: Consciously helped me to see clearly what I passively knew about myself; pointed on some areas are need to work on - actually life proved it and MBTI explained why. Enneagram: I saw a diversity among INFPs which makes me question why I am different even from some INFPs (I took a shorter versio...
